Exchange, return, or order cancellation policy

Returns and exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, which are manufactured and customized according to customer requests, we regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for any product after order confirmation.

Cancel order

• Urgent requests:
• It cannot be cancelled after the order has been confirmed.
• Non-urgent requests:
• The order can be cancelled within 12 hours of the time the order was placed, without charge.
• After 12 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order value will be applied.
• In addition to the cost of the bank transfer, if applicable.

Important note:

The actual acrylic and print colors may differ slightly from the images on Instagram, the website, or WhatsApp messages sent at the time of ordering due to variations in lighting, screen display, and file quality. These color variations are normal and do not entitle the user to a return or rework.

The store will not accept returns or refunds for this reason. There is an acknowledgment on the website before order completion, and the customer is legally responsible for any consequences after signing this acknowledgment.
