First : Delivery range

Blush Designs store provides shipping and delivery services to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and international shipping may be available to some countries as advertised in the store.

Second : Order processing time

For regular orders:
Delivery takes 10-16 days from the order date and may vary during sales and promotional periods to 10-18 days.
For urgent orders:
4-7 days (with additional cost depending on availability on site)
Excludes days:
- Official holidays.
- Announced store closures

Third : Shipping time

After the order is processed, it is handed over to the shipping company. The expected delivery time depends on the region and the type of delivery or shipping chosen.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and promotions due to circumstances beyond the control of the shipping company.

Fourth : Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and shown to the customer before the purchase is completed.
The store may offer free shipping when the order value exceeds the limit announced in the store or during marketing campaigns.
Shipping fees do not include any additional customs duties or taxes if shipping outside of Saudi Arabia.

Fifth : Order tracking

After shipping the order with Aramex, Aramex sends a message to the customer, allowing them to track the order using the same mobile number registered on the website at the time of the order.

Sixth : Customer responsibility

The client agrees to the following:

Enter the recipient's name, shipping address, and mobile number correctly.
Checking if the shipment can be received.
Respond to the shipping company when contacted to arrange a delivery date.

The store is not responsible for any delays or additional fees resulting from the entry of incorrect data.

Seventh : Delivery was not possible

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to:

Error in the title.
No response to the shipping company.
The request was refused.

The shipment may be returned to the store, and the store has the right to deduct the actual shipping and return fees before refunding the amount due – if any – according to the return policy.
